Where this idea was born

I got this idea from Jeff, who attended a family cruise with his in-law family.

I want to give credit where credit is due, because I did not create this on my own with no input.

Jeff is a diehard, and I love talking to him. Years ago, Jeff would send me Facebook messages, sometimes in a drunken fugue. He would share things with me and I would feel very honored to be the recepient of that knowledge.

My favorite cousins have always been the most autistic.

I shared a piece recently about Autism, and I shared my theory that Grampy was autistic. We can view it through a couple different lenses, but his quirkiness plus his orderliness strikes me as quite autistic in retrospect.

I have recently come to the conclusion that I have autism, in addition to ADHD. This is referred to as AuDHD. I have always been quirky, weird, gifted in some ways and learning disabled in other ways.

Jeff’s in-law cruise included themes and I fully intend to lean into the themes as well. Thinking a masquerade night to referred to chronic masking. Taking suggestions for themes!
